Sorry for all the worrying. I don’t have time to post and my parents don’t want me to be blog on the blog either this message alone will probably take me 30-40minutes.
This blog was literally made to show the positives of plastic surgery in general not just Korea.
“I made this blog to show that not all plastic surgery is bad”-Me last year
So aren’t I praising Koreans for looking AMAZING after work done after “Korean” plastic surgery. If non Koreans shared their results from Korea I would freely, actually joyful post it. It’s not about the ethnicity it’s about the procedures and results done by professional Korean surgeons “in” South Korea.
The reason we post Korean surgery is because even a good chunk of the world agrees the results compared to other countries are better plus safer. We openly say race doesn’t matter either that’s why we try to look for non Koreans/Asians who’ve done work in Korea. We care about the results not the people.
Some people need understand not everyone thinks its bad/negative. What about the people who do the work and share them? The surgeons? From what I see they post ,and the comments they are sharing what they see are positive results to inspire others or just show how happy it made them. How is this blog any different? There are Korean blogs dedicated to Koreans sharing their results. What harm are they doing to “their” people.
All I’m doing is saving them on this blog since online from what I’ve noticed 80% of Korean surgery results are from the pics I posted. All I’m doing is making them accessible, whats wrong with sharing content? If the owners of that content have a problem I’d be willing to take it down. No one has contacted me in the past year yet about it.
that’s why I’ve said before this blog is something that I will also look back on, since it is HARD finding a lot of these pictures and we honestly do it for the followers. That’s why I feel so guilty for not posting for so long.
If I could post content from other countries I would but I don’t think people would care. Anyone who knows me knows I think Kim Kardashians and Angelina Jolie’s have some of the best tweaks in hollywood. But would you guys want to see that on my blog? Especially when you could just google it, unlike most Korean results where there isn’t much variety if you look into it.
Plus I do post Japanese/Chinese the results the reason I do it on a minimal is because they are celebrities not plastic surgery promotions meaning there is no confirmation just speculation. 90% of the korean pics I’ve posted are confirmed that the people had work done. No other country shares plastic surgery with the same quality as Korea either.
Also there is something called a conclusion. if many multiple sources all have the same conclusion you can’t deny it has some truth. Am I the only person who has said cosmetic procedures are common in Korea or have you guys seen it multiple times elsewhere? If people who are korean, live in korea, know koreans say the same things over and over there has to be some truth.
I never said no other country offers plastic surgery since Korea’s methods are inspired from other countries. I’ve already said how Japan and the US surpasses Korea in Procedures. Only 2 million South Koreans have had plastic surgery in the last 14 years. Note the US tends to average 1 million per year.
SK has the most densely populated city in the world and the most plastic surgery advertisements and clinics. Unlike a place like the Us where the plastic surgery is spread around in SK it’s all in one area. Kinda like Beverly hills, which is considered plastic surgery hub of the states.
This blog is meant to be on a Korean perspective that’s why I tell people so many times “I can’t answer that because I don’t know about plastic surgery in your country”. It’s about South Korean plastic surgery not only the results but info.
Korea is the only country I have experience with because I’ve already put the effort into learning about it and experiencing it. I have said before that Korea is obsessed more about skin, hair and Kdramas. Than plastic surgery the 1st 2 are the reason why the statistics are high. That’s why I’ve never use polls in my opinions. It’s biased because wanting better skin and hair isn’t plastic surgery it’s cosmetics. if they took that aspect out Korea wouldn’t be number one.
I want the blog to be a medical tourism blog. If so what’s wrong about that when the Korean Government itself has said they want to average at least 1million people a year in medical tourists and it gives the Korean economy more than $700 million a year. i must really hate Korea if I think its a good thing that my blog is helping boost that number of people and benefiting the Korean economy and those who want more experienced surgeons.
If it came off as negative I am sorry. I’m getting tired of always crying wolf for people who don’t message me or understand I won’t share the same opinion. Or bother going through the blog because there answers are already there. Note I personally do hate it when people stereotype about it negatively. But It will happen, it does happen in Korea already.
. At least from my experience, koreans themselves negatively look down on “plastic surgery monsters”. Just because that negativity stems in you. Doesn’t mean others share the same opinion let alone view. People shouldn’t develop stereotypes from the pictures. Since its only valid for those Koreans who have had plastic surgery not all of them.
Just because what I post “can” be viewed negatively. Doesn’t mean I am trying too share it that way. The same could be said if i was running a pro choice, pro gay or pro science blog. All have negative aspects but people who support them dont havr negative intentions. Shockingly not everyone on this earth wants to spread hate.
Thank you for the nice comments, if I’m doing something that annoys you as long as your being rational feel free to message me or email me, i dont want to offend anyone. Also I’m planning on making this blog less personal in general so this will probably be the last rant you see *standing ovation”. Happy holidays and stay safe :)
